Registration Details

Call for Papers
All scientific papers must be presented as posters for display during the Summit. An abstract of the paper in English must be submitted with the registration form or online.

Submission Format

Guideline for preparation of abstract
The document should be presented in windows MS, XP word format
Your article should not exceed four (4) A4 pages.
Overall font type:- times new roman
Papre size:- A4 vertical
Space:- single interspace
Page set up margins – 2.5cm (left, right, top, bottom)
Use ‘justify’ for the text distribution of the entire document.

Title of the paper:- Font size- 20 Bold

1. No capital letters inside! ( as indicated in the heading)

Authors:- Font size- 11 Bold

1. 1st initials of the name, 2nd family name (capital)
2. Use numbers in suffix to refer to the addresses
3. “and” should be in lower case letters (no capital)
4. Use * Asterisk to indicate the corresponding author and report his e-mail.

E.g. M. AUTHOR1*, O.S. AUTHOR1 and O.A. AUTHOR2

Registration
Person(s) or companies wishing to attend or participate in any other aspects of the summit (like the exhibition, tours and manuscript presentation) should complete and return the appropriate registration form to the summit or online no later than the deadlines indicated above.

Payment
All forms are available as pdf’s on this site under the printable forms. These forms can also be submitted online via this site. Whether the registration is made online or by post, appropriate payment must be made through the accredited bank given below.

Student Registration
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.

A copy of student identification (i.e. card or letter from the Institution) MUST be sent to the summit managers. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

Accompanying Persons/Companion
Accompanying persons are defined as spouses and partners of registrants.

***Payment of Fees
Registrations will not be confirmed until payment in full is received.
All payments from within Nigeria and from overseas must be made

* online (via paypal and/or credit card),
* wire transfer (contact billing@nipsng.com),
* money order (contact billing@nipsng.com), or
* in person at the Summit Venue (if resident in Nigeria).

Acknowledgements
Registrations and payments will be acknowledged in writing either by mail or email, which will include confirmation of all requirements according to the completed registration form.
Participants will not receive any further publications before the summit.

Entrance to Summit
Each participant of the summit will receive a name badge upon arrival at the summit. The badge will be the participant’s official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to sessions, social functions and tours.

Registration Entitlements
Summit Sessions – Entitles the participant to attend all Summit sessions. Day registrants are only entitled to sessions on nominated day.
Exhibition Entry – Eligible for entry to exhibition.
Official Documentation – Includes Summit Week Program, Summit Proceedings, Participation Certificate and Participant List.
Lunch – Will be available at cost to participant on each day of sessions.
Morning & Afternoon Tea – Will be provided on each day of sessions. Day registrants are entitled to the teas on their nominated day of attendance.

Letter of Invitation

On request, the Secretariat will send an official letter of invitation to participant of the summit upon registration. This letter will be used to assist a participant in obtaining a visa or travel assistance and does not constitute any commitment on the part of the organizers to provide financial support or to agree to acceptance of a paper.

This letter will only be issued once the participant has registered for the summit.

The Summit Managers strongly recommend that delegates apply for their Nigerian Entry Visas well in advance, as applications can take up to two months (depending on the country of origin). If delegates experience difficulties with their Visa application, the summit Managers may be able to offer assistance.
