Trade Exhibition
The Organising Committee of Second Nigeria International Poultry Summit cordially invites your company to exhibit your products and services at the summit trade exhibition. Exhibition space is available in Dheb Michael Events and Hall Federal Housing Estate, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria.
Companies have the opportunity to become involved in the summit by participating in the trade exhibition, which will hold concurrently with the summit.

The Objectives
The Prime Purposes of the 2nd NIPS exhibition is:
* To provide effective platform for stakeholders in the poultry industry worldwide, to showcase their products or services with emphasis on effective information and trading opportunities.
There will be adequate media publicity support for maximum exposure to the Nigerian and African market.
Date of Exhibition: 22-25 February, 2007
Venue: Dheb Michael Events and Halls, Federal Housing Estate, Olomore, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria.

Space Categories and Rates
Indoor Space
The indoor space is ideal for exhibitors having light pack products such as drugs, vaccines, and catalogue or posters for display. You may book either a Luxury Prime Spot or a Regular Prime Spot.
?Luxury Prime Spot ($200/N28,000† per square meter) is strategically located at the entrance foyer of The Gateway Hotel Hall. It has the advantage of being the first and the last port of call to visitors. (Available: 2m x 80m)
? Regular Prime Spot ($150/N15,000† per square meter) is is located at the Dheb Michael Events and Halls, Federal Housing Estate, Olomore, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria.. It offers high frequency accessibility to summit delegates.
Outdoor Space ($50/N7,000† per square meter)
The outdoor area for heavy products such as machinery and equipment. (Available: 500m²)
† For every space booked, TWO representatives from your company will be allowed to staff your booth. Light refreshments will also be provided. Extra staff will be subject to a fee.
Each stand is also entitled to the following:
* one conference satchel per stand,
* a comprehensive exhibition manual, and
* exhibitor listing in conference program
Booth Staff ($50/N7,000 per day) [optional]
The Summit Organisers can help you secure the services of professional attendants to staff your exhibition booth. These are people can converse fluently in most Nigerian languages as well as at least two international languages. The Fine print
• Spaces will be allocated strictly on receipt of payment and on a first come first served basis.
• Booths constructions are to be done by the individual exhibitor. The summit organizers can assist exhibitors who indicate such in their registration form.
• Exhibitors must complete their set up by 1700hrs on 22 February, 2009. The exhibition will remain open until 1900hrs on 25 February, 2009.
• In event of cancellation, a service fee of $50 (N7,000) will be charged on space cancelled prior to 10, February 2007. After this day, no refunds would be made unless space is resold, in which case a service fee of 50% of the space cost will apply.
• Any space not claimed and occupied before 1700hrs on 23 February, 2009 will be re-assigned without refund.
• The exhibition organizers reserve the right to re-arrange the space plan or relocate any exhibitor.
• For further details including the exact operating times and move-in, move-out schedule will be forwarded in your exhibition manual.
• Booking and reservation for exhibition space closes on 10 February, 2009.
